These two frames were captured at the Rogers Chinese Lantern Festival in 2008. I’d say the best time to capture the essence of the festival is right at dusk, when there’s still enough ambient light to mix with the light displays.

Chinese Lantern Festival - This is the last year lantern festival in toronto, when it comes back again? I don’t know, why it leaves toronto?
